Akhir Cerita Juni

Allow me to re-write some posts that popped up in my timeline which really really really resonated with me.

June month is so heavy. This month didn’t just pass, it pressed on my chest. Some days, I didn’t have the strength to be strong. I held back tears in public, and cried in private. I kept going even when a part of me wanted to give up. There were moments I wish time would stop, and moments I prayed I could disappear for a while. But somehow, I survived. Not because it was easy, but because quitting is never an option. June, you were heavy, but you also made me stronger ~ @i_think_unseen on Instagram.

Last day of June. May whatever broke me this month never find me again. May the pain I carried leave with this ending. May I stop holding onto things that were only hurting me. I hope July brings lighter days, peaceful nights, and a heart that no longer has to fight so hard just to feel okay. I am leaving behind the tears, the disappointments, and everything that stole my peace. Some chapters are meant to end, and this one can stay in the past. Here’s to fresh start and better days ahead. ~ @instawriter_07 on Instagram.

I started June with a massive soul-crushing decision which was so hard, it felt like a lightning strike in the middle of bright sun shiny day right onto my head.

Just when I thought I have regained my strength back, ready to face whatever surprises this world brings, after close to 4 weeks of laying-low, earlier today, at the very last day of June, another lightning strike happened again, it felt like a huge wracking ball smashing onto a wall of 7-story building and has broken it down, brick by brick. A jaw-dropping type of news which I never thought would ever be received, at least not in the near future.

But it happened.

Oh June, why are you so hard?

God’s message for you today: “I know that door that I closed hurt you. You thought it was the opportunity. The relationship. The answer you had been praying for. You asked me to open it, and when it didn’t work out, you started questioning everything – your decision, your worth, even me.
But I need you to understand something – I did not close that door to disappoint you. I closed it because I could see where it would lead.
You were asking me to bless something that was not aligned with the life you’ve been praying for. If I had allowed it to work, it would have cost you your peace later. So I stepped in. Not to take something from you, but to protect what I am preparing for you. Trust the door I close just as much the ones I open” – Love, God.
